Community Benefits and Involvement
Berkeley Investments is a proud supporter of "Art@Farnsworth" and "Made in Fort Point" the new FPAC Store located at 12 Farnsworth Street. Other ways Berkeley has worked to improve the Fort Point Community include:

- Extensive repairs and improvements to the Boston Fire Museum
- $50,000 grant to the Boston Children's museum for ongoing maintenance of the Wharf Park
- On site affordable units including 4 artist live/work units and 4 affordable units
- $600,000 contribution to Boston's affordable housing fund
- Newly constructed street, sidewalks and accessible ramps in the rear of FP3
- Newly constructed sidewalks and accessible ramps on Thomson Place
- Newly constructed sidewalks, street lighting and accessible ramps on Congress Street
- Preserved and restored building facades at 348 and 354 Congress Street
- Enhancing mixed use character the Fort Point neighborhood with 92 new residential units and 16,000 SF of ground floor retail
- Art gallery space available for local artists
