Concierge Services

For 16 hours a day on weekdays and  8 hours a day on weekends, stewards are available to assist with tenants’ needs, such as receiving and escorting guests, collecting deliveries and calling cabs.

Lobby / Gallery Space

The lobby includes a formal entry, a central seating/concierge space, a large exhibition gallery and a kitchenette that can be used for residents’ social functions..  As a result the space is much larger than a typical residential lobby, which relates to the characteristically larger loft/ industrial spatial experiences in the Fort Point Channel District.  A large portion of the lobby area is constructed of old-growth Douglas Fir beams reclaimed from the original timber framed buildings.  The gallery is to provide exhibition opportunity for local artists and will be home to several reclaimed wood benches built by Quentin Kelley, local furniture artist and craftsman.  The lobby furniture consists of modern classics from Florence Knoll, as well custom pieces designed by H+A.

Shared Terrace

FP3 residents and their guests can enjoy striking views of the Seaport and Fort Point from the building’s shared terrace.

On-Premise Dining

Barbara Lynch’s high-quality culinary offerings, which are located on FP3’s ground floor, preferred treatment is expected for FP3 residences.

Convenient Parking

Each resident at FP3 is entitled, through a master lease, to  rent a space at the nearby Stillings Street parking garage, located just one block from FP3, on a monthly basis. Guests can find parking at the Stillings Street garage, in several nearby lots, or on the street.

Secure Building Access

FP3 utilizes the latest technologies, such as secure key-fob access, to help maximize security and ensure peace of mind.

Laundry

In addition to in-unit washer/dryer hook ups, clothes washers and dryers are located on the premises for the convenience of our residents.

Bicycle Storage

Residents can safely store bicycles in a designated room instead of keeping them in their condos.
