Consumer confidence returning in downtown Boston condo market
Condo sales in Boston increased towards the end of 2009, according to a recent article in the Boston Globe. Though this is positive news, the article cites that downtown Boston condo sales were down overall in 2009 – hitting the luxury residence market especially hard.
Joseph Laurano, operations director for ResMark, is quoted in the article saying that consumer confidence is returning. FP3 Boston’s 22 condo sales in the second half of 2009 demonstrate this returning confidence in the downtown real estate market.
