FP3 was singled out for the creative events it’s producing and hosting, in an effort to attract and cultivate prospective new buyers.
The highly successful Art Salons, co-hosted with Art New England magazine, were profiled, and the photos that accompany the story captured the amazing views that the FP3 penthouses offer!

FP3 Open House Oct. 3rd
We invite you to join us at our next Open House this Sunday, October 3rd from 1-3pm.
Tour FP3 and see the award-winning architecture and learn more about how Boston-based architect, David Hacin, adaptively reused two existing historic warehouse structures and a new infill building to make FP3 the epitome of blending modern style with the historic Fort Point Channel neighborhood’s architecture. See our luxurious penthouse suites with breathtaking views of the Boston skyline, or perhaps a trendy loft-style studio is more your style?
Be sure to check out the current art exhibit featured in the lobby and art gallery space of FP3 by artist/ print maker Vicky Tomayko before the exhibit leaves. We also suggest a visit to Sportello for some yummy brunch or lunch by celebrity Chef Barbara Lynch on the ground floor of FP3!
We hope to see you then!

Next FP3 Open House Sept. 12th
Join us Sunday, September 12th from 1pm to 3pm for our next Open House!
Take a tour of the FP3 building to learn more about the award-winning architecture and how and why Boston-based architect, David Hacin, developed the design to adaptively reuse two existing warehouse structures and one new infill building to make FP3 the ideal example of mixing the old and the new in the historic Fort Point Channel neighborhood.
The merging of old and new come to fruition in the elegant lobby and art gallery space of FP3, where the walls, ceilings panels, and custom benches were all made from salvaged Douglas Fir beams and columns from the original building.
While you’re here, be sure to take a moment to view the current art exhibit featured in the FP3 gallery, an exhibit of creatures created by artist/ print maker Vicky Tomayko, or stop by Sportello for some yummy brunch or lunch by celebrity Chef Barbara Lynch on our ground floor!

Plugged In: Fort Point Channel
FP3 featured by StyleBoston!

(styleboston) – Get Plugged In to Fort Point Channel, former industrial hub, now, home to much of Boston’s artist community. Tony Corey chats with Joanne Chang, the mastermind behind Flour Bakery + Café, the newest of which just opened in Cambridge. When Joanne Chang came to Fort Point they thought she was crazy. Now, Fort Point Channel is a creative, vibrant neighborhood, so close to downtown crossing, that on any given day it’s all abuzz.
Chang isn’t the only one who’s made her home there. Barbara Lynch’s food empire is based in Fort Point, Thompson Reuters spans an entire street and, of course, ADD Inc and Rue La La brighten the skyline.
What’s most compelling about living or working in Fort Point? According to ADD Inc.’s Fred Kramer – the people. He said, on any given day, walking down the street, you’re likely to bump into another creative soul, someone who’s young, up and coming, and part of the movement. When you walk down the street in Fort Point, you mingle with artists, designers, green urban planners and a whole lot of intellectuals.
If that doesn’t get you down to Fort Point, Joanne Chang’s cupcakes will! Not only do they “taste like air” according to Tony, but most of them are Vegan! Just like the neighborhood’s credo – there’s a little bit of something for everyone.

Design Diary: John Stefanon | FP3
by Marni Elyse Katz
“This is a model apartment in the loft building FP3 in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. Like the other FP3 space I blogged about last fall, the interior design was done, and beautifully, by John Stefanon of JFS Design Studio….”
Next OPEN HOUSE May 23rd!
Have you been curious about the renovations at 346-348 Congress Street in Boston Fort Point neighborhood? Do you want to see why FP3 has won several awards for it’s design and interior or see the amazing terrace spaces?
Now’s your chance!
On May 23rd, from 1pm through 3pm FP3 will be hosting our next Open House. We will be providing tours of the property, including our fabulous model units furnished by JFS Design Studios and David Hacin! If you’ve missed out on our other events, here’s your chance to see why the Boston Herald named FP3 as one of the Top Ten Boston Buildings of the Decade!
And with FP3′s recent FHA Approval, qualified buyers can put as little as down as 3.5% of a loan amount up to $523, 750. Just FYI, over half our units are priced under $500,000- making FP3 one of the few luxury buildings that offer new construction at an affordable rate!
No need to make an appointment, just stop by 346 Congress Street between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. Make a day of it and grab a cocktail at Barbara Lynch’s Drink or lunch at Sportello in the ground floor of the building while you’re here!
FP3 Benefits from Lynch's Kingdom
By 6 p.m. one recent wintry Saturday, the basement bar of a residential block on a quietly populated street a hike from downtown Boston is wall-to-wall with people. It’s not an after-work crowd; it’s a destination crowd soaking up the haute-luxe suds at Drink, the quaffing cognoscenti’s bar of choice.
The block is home of the Seaport District’s FP3, a mixed-use residential building that also includes the neodiner Sportello, and will soon add a fine dining restaurant, Menton.
